in Colorado USA. The owner made a wooden box, wrapped the motor in
saran wrap - to keep the foam off the metal and paint. Then wrapped some shredded paper around that and sprayed spray foam/ like insulating foam, it hardens like a brick and sticks to the wooden crate to anchor the motor.. Spraying around the head and foot mostly. He could have used a little more foam. It seemed he used maybe a half can . I would have used 2 cans and rather had an hour job gettin it out
than have it move around. BUT it did not move and I was HAPPY. I
would think this would work with a couple large boxes from UHaul cut
down to form around the motor then spray the foam.. Hope this helps
some of you that have fears in shipping..
