Coil wanted

Post by RAY SWANN »

Hello.
I am a new member so hello everyone.
I have a 1953 LS seagull,a seabee 4hp,a Campari 3h,and some old evinrude/johnson motors.
All have been rebuilt and are used on my boat.
Anyway what I need is an ignition coil for my seabee, this has the JLO L77 engine.
Or have any members ever rewound an outboard coil ?
Hope you can help me out.
Thank you.
Ray.

I have two seabee's, one that i may be pulling apart, as it has little or no compression and only just runs, but not doing it just yet.
I would like a seaking twin spark lead coil, but will never got one over hear.

Hello.
If you do decide to strip your seabee please let me know!(or sell complete engine)
You can e-mail me direct at gwengrice@talktalk.net

I think you will have to get SEAKING coil from the USA have a look on the american ebay site or ask for one on i boats
forum in other makes section.
If I see one will let you know.
